What is the most difficult part of traveling? I find that for most people, the challenge is making that first move to buy the plane ticket. If you bought the ticket, you are going.
For some people, it is most fun to just book and then make it out as they go along. I am one of these people, which is how I came to be very inventive about traveling, doing things a little bit differently. My travel list is extensive, and includes Panama, Peru, Tanzania, Japan, Albania, Costa Rica, USA, Chile, Bolivia, Italy, Spain, England and of course my home, Norway and Sweden. I am in fact from Tromsø, which I am sure is a big one on your bucket list - and if it´s not, I think it should be!
However, there are many things you should know before you get going. Or, if you work with me, you actually don´t have to know these things! Just follow the plan and you will enjoy every moment of your trip. However - allow me to challenge you a little and broaden your horizons. This is how you grow!

Launching a new campaign or a new product can be a daunting task. Especially if you have been working on it so long that you can no longer see it clearly!
The most helpful thing is to bring in an outside perspective. With me you´ll have a fresh set of eyes, that can both help you see things in a new way, and also new tactics for marketing. With a good workflow and a strong plan of action, nothing is stopping us.
As an experienced content creator and writer, I´m comfortable putting out a lot of output, as well as building strong relations with the customers. It´s all in the details, as you´ll see. Creating a buzz about the procudt isn´t easy, but it is simple.

Planning events sounds easy and fun, but it can be a nightmare if you lack experience or guidance.
With my 10+ year experience, I have hosted events for up to 1000 people and several smaller events. With this I know the little things to remember as well as the basics (duh).
Working with me you´ll have a person by your side that takes the heavy lifting (figuratively) and who is comfortable leading the ship. With experience managing teams of over 20+ people while simultaneously coordinating with supporting departments, stress is a foreign word to me.
In university, organizational theory was my best subject, and the reason? I understand how organizations work. Who to put where, who to not put there, and how to motivate every person in the team to do their best. I know that personality type matters, and you can´t use the same motivational speech for everyone.
